Homemade Coconut Milk



A Girl can’t stand canned coconut milk.  It always seems to be too thick. Yuck!
Here is a quick and easy way to make your own coconut milk for drinks, smoothies, curries, stews, and even desserts!

1 cup of dried and unsweetened organic coconut
4 cups of warm water

Place coconut and water in a bowl.  Let it sit for about 20 minutes.

Sieve through a fine strainer.

Cook.Eat.Enjoy!
