Intro Chicago

Goodbye L20, Hello Intro Chicago!

I was lucky to dine at L20 on several occasions, and it will be dearly missed... but let's move on from the past and into the present, and focus on Intro Chicago, where Chef CJ Jacobson has introduced a  5-course rustic-refined menu that he likes to describe by saying its like "I took a walk in the woods".
CJ's cuisine plays on foraging from the local farms around Chicago, and seasonal local California ingredients.  The West Coast vibes in his cuisine make exceptional flavor profiles, and offers unique twists to the Chicago dining scene.  I recommend at least one guest order the non-alcoholic beverage pairing, in collaboration with Harvest Juicery, as its a great way to enjoy even more flavors throughout your meal. #perfectbalance
